3 Ways TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY

Movement
It's easy to get caught up in ‘new year’ stress this time of year, but you can shake it off with a little movement. Dance , walk , bike , swim or even kick the kids of the trampoline for awhile. Just make sure it’s movement that feels goooooood.
2. Rest & Reset
When you’re overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of January (back to school/ back to work), it can be easy for sleep and self care to fall off your list. But lack of sleep will impact how you feel both physically as well as mentally! I personally love ending each day with a gratitude ritual and reflection of the day that was. This helps me complete the day fully and shift into a state of blissful sleep.
